Rick Perry, the Insurance Industry's bitch.
What more can I say? I have been real clear about how I feel about the insurance reforms of Rick Perry in 2003. I think this video says it all:

Oh, come, come,now. Perry doesn't come cheap, but he is a whore. I think he's more a courtesan to the insurance industry folks.

Here's a little story about Perry, lobbyists, insurance companies, $3 million in missing funds, and an apparent cover up by the perry appointed commissioner and his attorneys. Why did Brian Riewe tell the DA there was nothing to investigate? Is this obstruction of justice? The responsible person for financial exams when the money was stolen, Danny Saenz, was promoted to Sr. Assoc. Commissioner after the discovery of the stolen funds by a private contractor. When the contractor pushed for a full investigation, Saenz and the commissioner fired the contractor. Since the contractor was fired, the company has fallen into liquidation under the leadership of their lap dog new special deputy receiver. Shameful behavior. It's time for change in perry's administration, fire them all.
