I didn't see this coming: Fire at Mosque ruled arson

Who would have ever thought that someone in this day and age would touch a Mosque? Or would stage a hate filledprotests against a Community Center, or stab a cab driver because he is a Muslim, or piss on the prayer carpets of those praying to their God.

Nothing like a group of so-called Christians on crack taking advantage of incredibly stupid people to give every other Christian a bad name. From CBS news:
"We unfortunately did not experience hostilities for the 30 years we've been here and have only seen the hostility since approval of the site plan for the new center," said Sbenaty.

Opponents of a new Islamic center say they believe the mosque will be more than a place of prayer; they are afraid the 15-acre site that was once farmland will be turned into a terrorist training ground for Muslim militants bent on overthrowing the U.S. government.
Shelton was among several hundred demonstrators who recently wore "Vote for Jesus" T-shirts and carried signs that said "No Sharia law for USA!," referring to the Islamic code of law.
And who would have thought Christians could become so fucking stupid? God help us all. With incredibly stupid, moronic, Christians like this, we really don't need the devil.

How were you able to determine the religion of the arsonist, when the police don't even have a name or a description?

You're one hell of a cop, John!

and you must be a "so-called" christian.

I'm a Christian. I condemn any act of arson, whether motivated by religious hatred, ill will, revenge or any other reason people set fire to other people's stuff.

I hope the perpetrator is caught and spends a few decades turning big rocks into little ones.

Now please answer my question: how were you able to divine the unknown arsonist's religion? You should contact the Rutherford County sheriff with your information.

Unless you have inside info, it has not been ruled arson.

I hit the saturation point with this nonsensical "Ground Zero Mosque!" non-issue soon after it first came up.

The (mainly) right-wing pundits and politicians that flapped their jaws so much are smart enough to know how unconstitutional stopping the Islamic center based on religion would be, but they're savvy enough to know how much of their base isn't that smart, and is easily scared.

I'm not religious, but I don't have a problem with people that are--Unless they're willing gulp down the irrational kool-aid of insincere opportunistic fear mongering parasitical politicians.

Ummm, the CBS News article linked to in the post says it was ruled arson:

"Ben Goodwin of the Rutherford County Sheriff's Department confirmed to CBS Affiliate WTVF that the fire, which burned construction equipment at the future site of the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro, is being ruled as arson.

Special Agent Andy Anderson of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives told CBS News that the fire destroyed one piece of construction equipment and damaged three others. Gas was poured over the equipment to start the fire, Anderson said."
