Bribing Ms Daisy Harper-Brown through ethics loopholes

State Representative Linda Harper-Brown, in an interview with the Dallas Morning News, has taken my advice on how to legally keep her Mercedes and the 2004 Tahoe from her husband's company. (See Bribing Ms Daisy Harper Brown for background) From the Dallas Morning News:
Faced with a deepening ethical quandary, Rep. Linda Harper-Brown said Tuesday that she has stopped driving a luxury car owned by a company that makes millions through state contracts.
As I have said before, Brown could have avoided all of this by asking for a $12,000/year donation from Durable Enterprises then leasing the Mercedes. Senator Fraser figured this out many years ago and leased a BMW for his official work at the capitol. Senator Nichols went one step further and just bought a $54,000 Ford with this donor's money. According to the Texas Ethics Commission, this is all legal.

Ms Daisy Harper Brown is catching on to the idea of exploiting this loophole:
Harper-Brown said that she was directing her husband to rework his compensation package from the company to exclude the cars. In theory, Brown would instead receive cash and then buy vehicles on his own. He said he could end up with the same cars, but they would be in his name.
Problem solved! And no one will ever know. She gets to drive a new Mercedes, her husband gets a 2004 Tahoe, and their donors get transportation contracts. It is a win-win-win.

You are alleging a bribe, which requires that there be some quid pro quo. Do you, in fact, have evidence of a quid pro quo? If so, when do you plan on disclosing the actual evidence of criminality?

I'd also like to see the evidence of a crime.

Decent people don't make allegations like that without evidence. Where is it?
