For some reason they don't like the fact that when a caller to Berry's show supported building a mosque near Ground Zero in New York, Berry responded: "No, no, Tony, you can't build a mosque at the site of 9/11. No, you can't. No, you can't. And I'll tell you this -- if you do build a mosque, I hope somebody blows it up...I hope the mosque isn't built, and if it is, I hope it's blown up, and I mean that."I really dislike Michael Berry. He has no problem shooting his mouth off about fighting terrorists or supporting the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, but he isn't willing to join the service and shoot a gun to fight in the war. Instead he cowers behind a microphone and shoots his mouth off like so many other conservative chicken hawks. He is perfect draft bait, young, no kids, and ultra mega-conservative.
But instead of fighting his way to the front of the line at the recruitment office, he would rather pump his fist in the air to encourage others to fight in his place. He is a perfect example of a republican chicken hawk.
CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) has filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission. Good for them. The caller, Tony, told Berry that he was just as bad as the terrorists when calling for violence.
I agree, but terrorists aren't chicken.

Terrorists aren't chicken?!?!?! They all refuse to identify themselves and wear a uniform! They "hide" among their targets like cowards and kill them when they least expect it!
You're a typical liberal, not surprised that your taking the side of the muslims. You hate this country dont you John!
By the way, I hear you refuse to post anything you dont agree with, You're the chicken!
Sweet Melt. Yeah, so what if terrorists are chickens? Do you want to act like a terrorist, Chepis?
Taking the side of Muslims over someone who wants to blow up a mosque? Darn straight. I'll always come down on the anti-terrorist side.
And the anti-terrorist side is the side that doesn't want people to blow things up.
You do realize Chepis that it's not the Muslims that want to blow up a building? Or is every Muslim a terrorist in your world view?
Reply to Chepis--
Yeah, those lousy terrorists really tick me off, too. If they were honorable, brave people they'd shoot a missle from a RC drone while they were sitting in front of a monitor 500 miles away eating Cheetos.
Those scum!!!
"And the anti-terrorist side is the side that doesn't want people to blow things up."
Hence Michael Berry is a terrorist?
If he's advocating blowing up a building, not because it needs torn down, but because he doesn't like who it belongs to, yes.
Besides, there were Muslims killed in the attack on the WTC, too. Americans, in fact.
Yes, I agree that Michael Berry is a coward and a scum and supports terrorists. How does he sleep at night?
Perhaps our problem is that we're a bunch of wusses, always worried about terrorism. It wasn't that long ago - 160 years or so - that our forefathers lived in a constant state of fear. Comanches and 'whites' were waging a terroristic war on each other - whites shooting up whole villages, men, women and children; Comanches raiding through towns from Austin to Victoria, scalping men, women and children. I can't imagine the strength those people had that we so obviously lack today.
And how did it end? The whites won. The Comanches were vanquished. And they went on tour. After thousands of people died...
I have a beef with Berry as with other right wing talk show hosts. He is fast to pump his fist in the air calling for more war, but he himself will not join the service and fight for the wars he supports.
He is young. No kids. He is perfect draft bait.
