I wonder.....
This is an interesting question. Barring a miracle come back by either Perry or Hutchison preventing a runoff, could Democrats vote in the Perry/Hutchison runoff? I don't think there is anything to prevent Democrats to vote in the Republican runoff between Rick "The Career Politician" Perry and Kay "Bailout" Hutchison.
This would be a win-win for Democrats by voting in the runoff and FINALLY getting rid of Rick 39% Perry and then beating Hutchison in the general election. Currently Governor 39% is polling just 39% within his own party, so why not help the republicans in the runoff and put a nail in Rick Perry's political coffin once and for all?
Hum......makes you wonder......and wish......for a day without a Perry.

If you vote in the March 2nd Democratic Primary, you can only vote in the Democratic runoff.
If you vote in the March 2nd Repub Primary, you can only vote in the R runoff.
If you did not vote in either the R or D Primary, you can vote in either party's runoff.
Thanks for that answer. Too bad. It would put perry out for good.
