What are the odds that two individuals running for Houston City offices are both named Locke?According to Randy Locke there is no family relationship with Gene Locke running for Mayor. Unlike Gene, Randy doesn't have any money. He doesn't have a website, and there is little if any information about him on the internets. Who is he and why would he challenge Anne who has been very successful as a city council member?
Randy has promised a website in the future. With just over a month before the election, he might want to hurry up. You have to wonder if there are games being played here. Really, what are the odds that two unrelated individuals named Locke are on the ballot together for Houston City elections?
