Congratulations John, this is really getting around. I wish I could have been there, Olson's had gov't healthcare all his adult life. When I asked him to consider where he'd have been without it after his heart thing at the gym, all he could do was bloviate typical GOP bullwash about the market.
Thanks! Yes. Oslon has had government provided healt care for all his adult life. Navy. Congressional staff. Congress.
He is defending his private market place, yet he accepted the government provided health care. Huh? Let him go out in his market place and try to find coverage with his heart condition!
I say kick the SOB out of the govt healthcare provided by the Veteran's Administration. Who cares if he was in the military? He probably killed innocent people. Close all of the VA hospitals, if the right-wingers don't believe in govt healthcare. Let the baby killers pay for their own healthcare. We own the govt now, let's start kickin' a** and taking names!
Not to mention misrepresenting what we on the right think.
I know not a single conservative who objects to federal employees getting insurance through their job like most Americans. That is not socialized medicine or the public option.
I know not a single conservative who objects to providing health care to veterans (and active duty personnel) as a part of our contract with those who defend our nation. It is a quid pro quo in return for their service.
What we object to is taking away choice and creating a national system that is as ungainly and inefficient as the one that the Brits complain about daily in their press.
Sorry anon, I oppose the single payer plan (monopoly) just as much as you, but to do nothing is to deny the current corporate monopoly isn't working for a large number of Americans. If the gov't had ever been serious under Bush or O'bama, they would have invoked trust busting and broke this cartel up long ago to stop the price fixing and gouging that has become the norm.

That is just too funny!
Somebody needs to run against this idiot.
The people who voted for him should be embarrassed.

I didn't vote for him and I am still embarrassed that I live in his district.
